Accommodation conditions
Check-in: between 14.00 and 19.00 - In case of a late check-in, please contact us.
Check-out: till 10.00 hod.
Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking rooms - All rooms are non-smoking; smoking is allowed only on the balcony or terrace.
Your booking need to be made for three nights at minimum.
The price includes the following
room & apartment rent, energy consumption, bedding, towels, personal hygiene products
garden, terrace with fireplace and barbecue, swings, sand pit, trampoline, table football, kids play area
terms, conditions and privacy policy
Payment
The payment can only be made in cash in EUR.
Mandatory charges
The price does not include a recreational charge of 1 € per person per night.
Children under 10 are exempt from recreational charge.
Refundable deposit is 50 EUR per apartment and can also be paid in a foreign currency.
Charges for exceeding a maximum occupancy
children up to the age of 5.99 years – 5 € per person per night
persons over the age of 6 years - 10 € per person per night

skiing equipment - skiing equipment rental for a discounted price at the partner rental service directly at the slopes of Jasná ski resort
Meals
We can offer our guests meals at the partner restaurant just 50 m away from the accommodation.
